The founder's story.

How a kid who watched every Super Bowl ended up building a card company.

The film room.

I grew up watching Peyton Manning read defenses from the line of scrimmage. By eleven I had seen every Super Bowl ever played, most of them on an iPod in the back seat of the family car.

I started collecting at eight. Peyton, Andrew Luck, T.Y. Hilton, Julio Jones. None of those cards ever made me a dime. I loved every one of them.

The pull.

I left cards behind at thirteen. My younger brother brought me back.

In 2025 we bought him one retail box of Donruss Optic. He pulled a Keon Coleman rookie Uptown, a case hit. We've been ripping ever since.

The table.

August 2025. No backdrop, no studio, about fifty people in my first Whatnot live. I made $200 that month.

Then came our first show table at The Classic Card Show in Lehi. We made $1,000 and a lot of friends. One weekend we passed 500 online sales, so we made a sign like Wilt.

My brother works the table with me. He's learning the business and saving for cards of his own.

The name.

Stormin comes from a firework with six rockets. Five went off and knocked it over. The sixth went straight into my grandparents' dead lawn.

We put the fire out. The name stuck.

What's next.

Most Utah shops are built for Pokémon and wax. Finding a card worth putting in your PC is rare.

We're building the shop we always wanted. Games on the screen. Cards worth discovering. A slab worth buying every time you walk in.

LIGHT IT UP.

That's how every pull and every purchase should feel.
